Computer Science and Mathematics Programme in English
Best study situations for incoming students
In autumn 2012 our university ranked first in the International Student Barometer (ISB) comparing 188 leading universities in student recommendation, learning options, student support and quality of life for students. We consistently score top or second in Germany-wide rankings, such as the CHE ranking or the Trendence Graduate Barometer. All our degree programmes are fully accredited by official German standards to ensure the highest quality of teaching and learning.
Visiting professors/lecturers
We are constantly interested in internationalizing our teaching staff and to attract professors from other countries. Thus, our faculty would like to encourage colleagues from other recognized institutions to join and contribute to our Computer Science and Mathematics programme in English for a semester (or shorter) and teach courses at our faculty as visiting professor/lecturer.
Further information
If you are a student, please contact the OTH international office (incoming-international(at)oth-regensburg.de) regarding the application process. If you are a research or teaching staff member of a tertiary institution, please contact the OTH international office or the faculty’s International Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Markus Westner.
Occasionally, some of courses mentioned above are not offered due to a minimum enrolment size that is required. So please check first with the faculty’s International Coordinator before you enrol.
